High-Demand Clinic | Immediate Patient Panel | Turnkey SetupWe are working with a busy, well-established and physician led clinic in Scarborough that is actively seeking a Family Physician to join the team.This is a true walk-in-and-start opportunity with immediate patient volume, strong operational support, and excellent earning potential from day one. What You Can Expect

• 20% overhead (Year 1)
• ~200 patients ready to attach immediately
• Strong, ongoing walk-in demand
• Clinic-led marketing to continuously build your panel
• Full administrative + billing support (you focus on medicine)
• Turnkey setup – no ramp-up, no downtime

Clinical Practice

• Flexible blend of longitudinal care and walk-ins
• Follow-ups, preventative care, and chronic disease management
• Prenatal care, WCB, and counselling (as desired)
• Ability to build a stable, long-term patient roster

Clinic Environment

• High-volume, efficiently run clinic
• Experienced support staff and strong workflows
• Consistent patient demand from an established community
• Supportive, physician-focused ownership

Requirements

• CPSO license (or eligibility)
• CCFP or equivalent training
• International physicians welcome (UK/USA)
• Work permit / immigration support available
