Job Description Job Description & Requirements KGA is Singapore's leading gymnastics academy, dedicated to teaching the highest standards of artistic gymnastics principles in a fun and structured way. We offer recreational and competitive programs for kids aged 3 and above. Now, we are looking to hire experienced artistic gymnastics coaches at a higher level to join our growing business, with a focus on developing advanced systems and programs for KGA recreational gymnasts and competitive athletes in the academy. Job Descriptions: - Design, implement, and refine coaching systems and methods under the guidance of our Senior Coaches (full training and ongoing support provided) to elevate KGA recreational programs and competitive pathways. - Develop comprehensive class plans, training programs, and progression frameworks for higher -level artistic gymnastics, targeting competitive gymnasts while building foundations from general classes. - Conduct advanced gymnastics classes and training sessions assigned to achieve specific outcomes, including skill mastery, competition readiness, and long-term athlete development. - Lead in the administration of classes, events, competitions, and academy -wide initiatives to support program growth and excellence. - Prepare competitive athletes for national/international competitions, in-house performances, and talent identification pathways. - Contribute to the creation and evolution of academy -wide systems for KGA and competitive streams, drawing on expertise in artistic gymnastics. - Other functions depending on background and experience, such as mentoring junior coaches or program innovation. Job Requirements: - Proven experience as an artistic gymnastics coach at a competitive level, with a track record in developing athletes and programs. - Strong interest in system -building and program development for both recreational (KGA) and competitive gymnastics pathways. - Passion for working with kids and fostering their growth into elite gymnasts. - Advanced gymnastics skills and coaching expertise relevant certifications (e.g., FIG, national coaching qualifications) preferred or willingness to obtain. - Remuneration based on experience, background, and contributions to academy development.
