Role OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with both individual students and academic institutions, ensuring they become and remain valuable partners of X-Camp. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving account development and retention, contributing to the growth and success of our educational programs. This is a full-time position with 40 working hours per week. We offer OPT and H-1B sponsorship for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account management strategies to enhance relationships with individual students and academic institutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Maintain and enhance existing partnerships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Organize and participate in networking events and meetings to foster strong relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
• Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in account management, business development, or a related role is preferred, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a passion for education and technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Mandarin speaking is a must.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the South Bay Region.
