• Financial Advisory: Develop and implement personalized financial plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and financial situation.
• Client Relationship Building: Focus on cultivating long-lasting relationships with Mandarin clients and other backgrounds, offering them invaluable financial guidance.
• Market Insight: Stay on top of the latest trends, market shifts, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice and solutions to clients.
• Independent Sales: You’ll have the freedom to work independently, managing your sales pipeline and working toward achievable sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Client Education: Lead financial literacy seminars and workshops, particularly in Mandarin, to promote our services and educate potential clients about effective financial strategies.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Contract Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
• Compensation: Commission-based with potential for profit-sharing
