Job Title: Salesforce QA Tester Health Cloud Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract Interview: Virtual Visa: H1B USC Please share your resume at Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our team in San Jose, CA. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing/QA. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, and business processes. Experience testing Health Cloud-specific functionalities, including patient/member data management and care coordination workflows. Experience performing Integration Testing between Salesforce and external systems, middleware, APIs, or legacy CRM platforms. Ability to validate end-to-end data flow, data mapping, and system integrations. Strong knowledge of test planning, test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and regression testing. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce test automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing, or AccelQ. Experience evaluating and implementing automation frameworks to reduce manual regression testing efforts. Knowledge of Healthcare or Life Sciences domain processes. Responsibilities Develop and execute functional, integration, system, and regression test cases. Validate Salesforce Health Cloud configurations, workflows, and business processes. Perform end-to-end testing of integrations between Salesforce and external applications. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality releases. Support future automation initiatives by evaluating and recommending Salesforce-specific testing tools. Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
