This role is ideal for someone with sales or property experience who can speak Mandarin and wants real progression with strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners
• Source new business via networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Negotiate rental terms and long-term agreements
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth across London
• Work closely with internal teams to onboard new properties
• Represent the company at meetings and networking events

Requirements

• Experience in property, lettings, or sales (preferred)
• Fluent in English, Mandarin (preferred but not necessary)
• Confident in building relationships and developing your own network
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
