The Opportunity We’re at the start of a generational shift. A billion people will move from passive consumption to active creation and you’ll architect the growth engine that gets us there.
The Founders Josh and Mo scaled platforms to 100M+ users and led a $150M+ AI exit to Microsoft . Now they’re building the defining consumer AI company of the creation era. We’re well-funded, have a long runway, and you’ll join the founding team shaping our trajectory from the ground up.
The Role You’ll own the entire growth funnel — from acquisition to activation, retention, and virality. Your experiments, loops, and channels will determine how millions discover, fall in love with, and keep creating on GenTube.
What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize the funnel: discovery → signup → first creation → habit → sharing.
• Build viral loops — referrals, remix chains, creator incentives, watermark-driven sharing.
• Drive acquisition via TikTok, YouTube, Meta, SEO, ASO, Discord, and creator partnerships.
• Maximize activation — frictionless onboarding, “aha” moments in under 60 seconds.
• Engineer retention — streaks, challenges, personalized prompts, and notifications that work.
• Move at founder speed — launch daily, kill losers ruthlessly, scale winners fast.
• Instrument and analyze everything: cohorts, CAC vs. LTV, viral coefficients, conversion funnels.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record scaling consumer products through organic + paid growth.
• Fluency across channels: paid social, influencer, SEO, ASO, community-led growth.
• Deep understanding of virality mechanics and creator psychology.
• Strong analytics chops — SQL, cohort analysis, attribution, dashboards.
• A hustler mindset — scrappy, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, moves fast.

Bonus Points

• Experience growing consumer AI or creator-focused products.
• Deep familiarity with creator communities (Discord, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube).
• Shipped high-velocity campaigns or systems with compounding impact.
