Your responsibilities will include: - Lead and Manage Department: Provide strategic leadership, manage resources, and foster a culture of excellence in teaching and research.

- Build Strategic Partnerships: Engage with industry, government, and academic partners to strengthen departmental impact and collaborations.

You may be a great fit if: You will be a visionary leader with a PhD in Engineering, possessing exceptional strategic and interpersonal skills to drive departmental success and foster collaborations across the university and industry. You will also ideally have the skills to strengthen teaching and research in the areas of signal processing, power systems and electronics.
You may also: - Be an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing complex academic environments.
