Creative Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative 3D Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic vision and technical skills to create stunning visual designs across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise, as you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models, animations, and graphics that align with our brand identity and project goals. Duties

• Develop and design 3D models and visual assets for digital platforms, ensuring they meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute design projects from initial idea through to final delivery.
• Utilise software such as Maya, CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Sketchup to create engaging graphics and animations.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and visual content for client meetings, showcasing design concepts effectively.
• Implement feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Ensure all designs are optimised for web use, incorporating HTML and CSS where necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3D design or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Maya, CAD, Adobe After Effects, and Sketchup.
• Solid understanding of web design principles including HTML and CSS is advantageous.
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design or a related discipline is preferred but not essential based on experience.
