About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and highly professional Associate Wealth Advisor to join our premier wealth management firm in Wellington. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring advisor looking to work alongside senior wealth professionals and accelerate their career path toward a full advisory role.You will play an integral part in the client management cycle—conducting market research, preparing Statement of Advice (SOA) documentation, managing portfolio implementation, and keeping clients engaged. Key Responsibilities:Adviser Support: Work closely with Senior Wealth Advisors to manage client portfolios, prep for comprehensive financial reviews, and execute client investment strategies.Financial Plan Preparation: Analyze client data, assets, risk profiles, and financial objectives to assist in drafting high-quality financial plans and Statements of Advice (SOA).Portfolio Administration: Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, process trade executions, handle rebalancing requests, and ensure all fund transfers are flawlessly managed.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain strict adherence to Financial Markets Authority (FMA) regulations and ensure client files are perfectly aligned with internal compliance standards.Client Communication: Serve as a knowledgeable day-to-day point of contact for client operational queries, proactively solving issues to maintain high service scores.
What We Are Looking For:Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline is highly preferred.Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience within financial planning, wealth management support, private banking, or investment operations.Technical Proficiency: Prior exposure to financial planning modeling software and modern CRM databases. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are an absolute must.Pay: From $4,750.00 per monthBenefits:
