Job Description:
Bombay on bay, Restaurant Manager – $48,000 to 65,000 annual package What we are looking for:
  • A hospitality professional who is at a team leader/supervisor/department manager level with at least 2+ yrs experience in the industry

Your duties:
  • Assist your team achieve excellent customer service & productivity goals
  • Manage and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet business demands
  • Oversee inventory management - including ordering, stocking, dealing with suppliers for all front of house
  • Ensure relationships with suppliers are positive and carried out in a professional manner
  • Set the standard for service, making sure staff have the skills and training to upsell the food and beverage offering and engage with customers
  • Resolve any customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines; escalate when necessary
  • Follow and implement staff induction and training processes as outlined by the company
  • Assume responsibility for the daily cleanliness of the entire venue, paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $48,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Experience:
  • Restaurant management: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:
  • hospitality diploma (Preferred)
