Your duties:- Assist your team achieve excellent customer service & productivity goals
- Manage and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet business demands
- Oversee inventory management - including ordering, stocking, dealing with suppliers for all front of house
- Ensure relationships with suppliers are positive and carried out in a professional manner
- Set the standard for service, making sure staff have the skills and training to upsell the food and beverage offering and engage with customers
- Resolve any customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines; escalate when necessary
- Follow and implement staff induction and training processes as outlined by the company
- Assume responsibility for the daily cleanliness of the entire venue, paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations
