About the OpportunityA rapidly growing global technology company is seeking an exceptional executive to lead one of its most strategic corporate initiatives—the successful listing of its U.S. subsidiary on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
This is not a traditional Investor Relations position. The successful candidate will own the entire IPO journey, from strategic planning and valuation through investor engagement, execution, and successful public listing.
The ideal executive combines deep expertise in U.S. capital markets with a proven track record of leading NASDAQ IPOs, building compelling equity stories, and maximizing shareholder value.This is a rare executive search assignment offering significant strategic influence and an exceptionally competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete NASDAQ IPO process from initial strategy through successful public listing.
• Develop and execute the overall IPO roadmap, timeline, and governance structure.
• Define valuation strategy to maximize enterprise value and achieve premium market positioning.
• Build a compelling equity story that effectively communicates the company's technology, competitive advantages, and long-term growth potential.
• Lead investor relations activities with U.S. institutional investors, analysts, and global investment communities.
• Coordinate all IPO stakeholders, including investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, and external consultants.
• Partner closely with the CEO, Board, and executive leadership throughout the transaction.
• Prepare executive management for investor meetings, roadshows, and public market communications.
• Advise senior leadership on capital markets strategy before and after the IPO.

Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading a successful NASDAQ IPO from strategy through listing.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. capital markets, SEC requirements, and IPO execution.
• Strong expertise in valuation strategy, equity story development, and investor positioning.
• Significant experience engaging institutional investors and investment analysts.
• Outstanding executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into compelling investment opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to influence Board-level decisions.

Requirements
