The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of key projects and play a critical role in driving performance across our operations.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of piling / ground engineering projects
• Develop and implement project programs, methodologies, and execution plans
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and performance across project teams
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholders
• Oversee commercial aspects including cost control, variations, and claims
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and project delivery processes

About You

• Proven experience delivering complex piling, civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in piling, ground engineering, or heavy civil works (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to drive outcomes and accountability
• Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and a results-focused mindset
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Career-driven with ambition to grow into senior leadership
