ASEAN Revenue & Growth Director based in Singapore (or in ASEAN markets) to drive enterprise growth across ASEAN markets.
If you have sold multi-million-dollar BSS/OSS transformation deals into Tier-1 or Tier-2 businesses — and you already have C-level relationships in the region — this conversation is for you. What You Will OwnThis is a strategic revenue leadership role, not account farming.
You will:- Lead large strategic accounts across Singapore and ASEAN
- Build and convert high-value enterprise pipeline (At least 8-15M+ ARR deal size)
- Drive complex, long-cycle B2B pursuits involving multiple stakeholders (Technology, Digital, Network, Commercial, Finance)
- Engage and influence CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, and CFO stakeholders
- Shape and execute regional sales strategy with cross-functional alignment (product, delivery, partnerships)
- Build value-based commercial cases (not feature selling)
- Drive new logo acquisition, not just expansion revenue
- Leverage channel partners / alliances to accelerate growth
- This is about owning the region’s growth motion.
RequirementsWhat We Are Targeting
Location Requirement:Candidates must be
based in Singapore with strong commercial footprint across ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam).
We are not considering talent beyond ASEAN for this mandate. Experience ProfileYou bring:
- 15+ years enterprise sales experience in SaaS, Tech Solutions or Telco industry
- Deep exposure to BSS and/or OSS environments
- Experience selling into mobile operators, digital telcos, MVNOs or regional carriers
- Proven ability to close large, complex transformation programs
- Mandatory - Own a strong network across operator C-suite in ASEAN
- Track record of influencing technology and commercial buyers simultaneously
- Structured sales methodology (pipeline discipline, validation, pursuit governance)
- Value-based selling capability (business cases, ROI modeling, monetization logic)
- Evidence of driving early-stage growth or market expansion
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and high-growth scale environments

- Sold BSS transformation (billing, charging, CRM, digital stack modernization)
- OR sold OSS transformation (provisioning, network orchestration, service lifecycle management)
- OR led integrated BSS/OSS modernization programs
- Closed deals in the USD 8-15M+ ARR range
- Delivered 2x growth during scaling phases
- Built regional revenue through strategic partnerships or advisors
- If you are only managing renewals or mid-market transactional deals — this is not the right scope.
- Own a strong network across operator C-suite in ASEAN
