Experienced Warehouse Supervisor

Maltra Foods focus entirely on end-to-end co-manufacturing solutions for powdered or liquid beverages, sports nutrition, and baking mixes.The Warehouse Supervisor role at Maltra Foods is a hands-on leadership position reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Typical duties include:Supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.Leading and supporting warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety targets.Ensuring inventory accuracy through stock control and cycle counts.Maintaining food safety, workplace health and safety, and quality standards.Coordinating with production, logistics, and transport teams.Training new employees and monitoring staff performance.Investigating and resolving warehouse issues while driving continuous improvement. Skills and experience:Previous experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.Leadership and team management skills.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Forklift licence (often preferred or required).Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.Pay: $6,250.00 – $7,500.00 per monthBenefits:
