Full Time ChefThe Peacemaker Saloon is on the hunt for a new Full time Chef to join our BOH team!Peacemaker Saloon offers smoked BBQ and South-west American style cuisine. If you're passionate about BBQ, or want to learn more about BBQ then we'd love to hear from you!You'll be working with our current full time Chefs, who will be running you through how we do things and the tips of the trade. This position offers a 40 hour work week with an industry leading overtime policy.2+ year of busy kitchen experience required.Roles and responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Head Chef in prep and running lunch and dinner services.
• Reliable closing and maintenance of the kitchen
• Contribute towards service prep
• Maintaining a clean kitchen work area
• Learning of procedures for and eventually contributing to the preperation of smoked meats
• Maintaing food, cleanliness and operational standards in the absence of the head chef
