• Qualifications & Experience: You must hold a relevant trade qualification or have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in painting and decorating (possessing both is highly preferred).
• Work Ethic & Autonomy: You are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Client-Focused: You have a warm, bubbly, and professional personality. You excel at communicating with clients and representing the business positively.
• Attention to Detail: You are meticulous with preparation and finishes, and you understand the importance of maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe worksite.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Note: Additional skills in carpentry are highly welcome, though not essential.
