Parts Advisor – Full TimeLocation: HolmfirthSalary: £26,900 - £29,000 About the RoleWe are looking for an organised, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable as we serve a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers (in person, by phone, and email) in identifying and ordering the correct parts

• Maintain accurate stock records using Microsoft Excel and our in-house systems

• Process orders quickly and accurately while delivering outstanding customer service

• Monitor stock levels, organise the stores/warehouse, and liaise with suppliers

• Label, store, and locate parts efficiently for rapid service

• Provide basic technical advice on parts and maintenance when required

• Keep the parts department clean, tidy, and safe

• Support the wider team with general departmental tasks

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and general office software

• Outstanding telephone manner and genuine customer service focus

• Additional languages highly advantageous

• Basic understanding of vehicle parts/mechanical systems preferred (full training provided)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Previous parts, automotive, or stock-control experience desirable

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

• 1 in 3 Saturdays required

• No additional day off in the week is given when a Saturday is worked
