Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling customer communications in a professional and timely manner. Ensures customer inquiries and issues are resolved effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to support order fulfillment and service operations.
  • Maintains accurate records, tracks service data, and generates basic reports using Excel and Google Workspace tools. Actively contributes ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive, as well as solid Excel skills (including formulas and basic data analysis).
  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a responsible and proactive attitude. Logical thinking and basic problem-solving ability are essential.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
