Responsible for handling customer communications in a professional and timely manner. Ensures customer inquiries and issues are resolved effectively to maintain satisfaction.
Collaborates with internal teams to support order fulfillment and service operations.
Maintains accurate records, tracks service data, and generates basic reports using Excel and Google Workspace tools. Actively contributes ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive, as well as solid Excel skills (including formulas and basic data analysis).
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
A customer-oriented mindset with a responsible and proactive attitude. Logical thinking and basic problem-solving ability are essential.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
