**Job Title: IT Product Manager , Product Owner or Business Analyst – Payments (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, Canadian Payments, Fedwire, Wire)****Location: Plano , TX****Employment Type: Contract W2 / 1099 / C2C **### **Job Summary:**We are seeking an experienced **IT Product Manager , Product Owner or Business Analyst** with expertise in **payments systems (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, Canadian Payments, Fedwire, and Wire transfers)** to join our team in **Plano , TX**. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement efficient payment solutions. This role requires strong knowledge of payment processing, compliance, and financial messaging standards.### **Key Responsibilities:**

• **Requirement Gathering & Analysis:**

- Work with business stakeholders to understand payment processing needs (domestic & international).- Document functional and technical requirements for payment systems (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, Fedwire, etc.).- Analyze existing payment workflows and recommend improvements.

• **Payment Systems Expertise:**

- Provide subject matter expertise on **SWIFT messaging (MT/MX), ACH, SEPA, Fedwire, Wire transfers, and Canadian payment systems (e.g., Interac, EFT, LVTS).**- Ensure compliance with payment regulations (NACHA, PSD2, ISO 20022, etc.).- Support integration of payment systems with banking partners and third-party vendors.

• **Solution Design & Implementation:**

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to design and test payment solutions.- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production validation.- Troubleshoot payment processing issues and provide resolution.

• **Stakeholder Collaboration:**

- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.- Prepare business process flows, use cases, and system diagrams.- Conduct training and knowledge transfer for end-users.

• **Regulatory & Risk Compliance:**

- Ensure payment systems adhere to **AML, KYC, OFAC, and fraud prevention** requirements.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging payment technologies (e.g., real-time payments, blockchain).### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

• **5+ years of experience** as an **IT Business Analyst** in **payments/financial services**.
• **Strong knowledge of payment systems:**

- **SWIFT (MT & ISO 20022 MX messages)**- **ACH (NACHA standards)**- **SEPA & European payment schemes**- **Fedwire, CHIPS, and Wire transfers**- **Canadian payments (Interac, EFT, LVTS, etc.)**

• Experience with **payment gateways, core banking systems, and transaction processing**.
• Familiarity with **API-based payment integrations** and **cloud-based payment solutions**.
• Understanding of **compliance standards (PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML, OFAC sanctions)**.
• Proficiency in **SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies**.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• **Preferred:** Certification in **SWIFT, payments, or business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)**.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with **real-time payment systems (RTP, FedNow, SEPA Instant)**.
• Knowledge of **blockchain and digital currency payments**.
• Previous work in **banking, fintech, or financial institutions**.
