• Minimum of 2+ years' Barista experience in Australian fast pace environment.
• Confident enough to work independently on coffee machine
• Strong understanding of coffee
• Positive can-do attitude and a friendly, presentable manner
• Reliable punctuality
• Excellent Customer Service

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work well in a fast-paced environment in a clean & organised fashion.
• Adjusting grind, scale and dosing on the regular.
• Maintaining stock control as well as maintaining the upkeep of coffee machine.
• Maintaining hygiene standards at all times.
