  1. Strategy: Create and execute online and offline sales and marketing campaigns.

  4. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build high-performance sales teams.
  5. Analysis: Use data tools to track campaign KPIs and research market trends.

Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related experience.
  2. Experience: Proven track record in retail, e-commerce, and sales management.
