Role Overview As the Procurement Manager - Indirect, you will oversee all indirect procurement categories at the Dortmund site. You'll play a key role in supporting integration efforts at a new facility and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for:
• MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)
• Spare parts
• Facilities and infrastructure (including compliance with German law)
• Limited IT procurement
• Respond to emergency production needs
• Drive synergies with nearby and global sites (e.g., shared suppliers with China)
• Manage an indirect spend of approximately €30 million
• Contribute to process development and integration at a new site

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, ideally within manufacturing
• Knowledge of German labor and facility regulations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and integration capabilities
• Fluency in German (Strong C1 minimum) and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, hands-on approach
