• Use your sales expertise to assist customers and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide professional advice on phone repairs, accessories, and tech products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a solutions-focused approach.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
• Stay up to date with the latest phone repair trends, tools, and technology.
• Adapt quickly in a busy retail and repair environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Phone repair experience (preferred but not essential for sales roles).
• Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A fast learner who can adapt to new systems and customer needs.
• Passion and willingness to learn phone repair techniques and product knowledge.
