We're a modern Italian restaurant and aperitivo bar on Rundle Street, known for refined flavours, premium produce, and warm, professional service.
About the RoleYou'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead day-to-day operations, uphold high standards, and bring consistency and creativity to every service.
This role suits a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and wants to take real ownership in their craft.
What You'll Bring- Strong skills across pan, grill, and larder
- Confidence to lead sections and support the Head Chef
- Experience mentoring and motivating junior staff
- Knowledge of ordering, stock rotation, and prep management
- A calm, professional approach and pride in your work
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional kitchen experience required
- Italian cuisine experience preferred but not essential
- Australian work rights required or visa sponsorship available
