Sous Chef – Enoteca Lounge & CucinaAdelaide's East EndEnoteca Lounge & Cucina is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
We're a modern Italian restaurant and aperitivo bar on Rundle Street, known for refined flavours, premium produce, and warm, professional service.About the RoleYou'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead day-to-day operations, uphold high standards, and bring consistency and creativity to every service.
This role suits a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and wants to take real ownership in their craft.What You'll Bring
  • Strong skills across pan, grill, and larder
  • Confidence to lead sections and support the Head Chef
  • Experience mentoring and motivating junior staff
  • Knowledge of ordering, stock rotation, and prep management
  • A calm, professional approach and pride in your work
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional kitchen experience required
  • Italian cuisine experience preferred but not essential
  • Australian work rights required or visa sponsorship available
