About the RoleAzuma is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated experienced Wait Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be adaptable, reliable, and have a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences to our guests. Key responsibilities:

• Exceptional Service: Deliver warm, attentive service while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor at all times.
• Menu & Beverage Knowledge: Confidently recommend dishes and wine pairings, with a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and beverage offerings.
• Guest Relations: Build genuine relationships with guests, manage reservations efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address guest concerns thoughtfully and ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable and comfortable experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support smooth service and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Dietary Awareness: Stay informed about food allergies and dietary requirements, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
• Problem-solving and conflict-solution skills
