About Us A unique opportunity has become available for a highly motivated Japanese Speaking Business Analyst to join the Australian operation of a well-established Japanese organization. This newly created role will play a key part in supporting the integration, growth, and operational improvement of newly acquired businesses within Australia. You will work closely with senior leadership to analyse business processes, identify operational efficiencies, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, improving processes, and influencing positive change in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and operational practices across acquired portfolio companies Engage directly various stakeholders to understand day-to-day operations and identify improvement opportunities Evaluate key business metrics, KPIs, and performance data to support decision-making Review and assess the utilisation of ATS, CRM, and other business systems to identify optimisation opportunities Develop recommendations for process improvement, workflow redesign, and operational efficiency Document current and future-state business processes and support implementation initiatives Conduct market research and industry analysis to support future acquisition and growth activities Prepare reports, presentations, and business recommendations for senior management Assist with broader business operations and strategic projects as part of a growing start-up environment Your Profile Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, Management Consultant, Business Transformation Consultant, or similar Demonstrated experience analysing business workflows and identifying opportunities for operational improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills Comfortable working autonomously in a newly established business environment Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand business performance drivers Fluent Japanese and English language skills (written and spoken) are essential What's On Offer Broad exposure to business transformation, operational improvement, and M&A-related projects High level of autonomy and visibility with senior leadership Dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with significant growth plans Sydney CBD location Competitive salary package based on experience Visa sponsorship may be considered Contact Please register your interest in this role by forwarding your resume via apply button.
