• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks according to company standards
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner
• Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation within the workspace
• Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately using basic maths skills
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous barista experience is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred
• Experience in serving or hospitality roles will be advantageous
• Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask efficiently
• Strong organisational skills to maintain cleanliness and order within the workspace
