```Job Overview```
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.```Duties```
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital

- Coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proficient in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
