NDIS Intake and Operations officer

About the Role As an NDIS Intake Officer, you will be the first point of contact for participants and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Respond to new participant inquiries and explain NDIS processes clearly. Collect and verify participant documentation for eligibility and compliance. Coordinate personalised care plans and service agreements. Schedule initial appointments and liaise with clinicians for timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records in our structured CRM system. Communicate with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals. Advocate for participants to ensure their goals and needs are met. Monitor participant progress and assist with plan reviews. Provide administrative support to the clinical team as required. What We’re Looking For Experience in NDIS intake, support coordination, or a related care field. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Relevant qualifications in disability, social work, or case management. A client-first approach and commitment to professional integrity.
