📍 Location : Cleveland, OH 44115 (100% Onsite)💼 Job Type : Full-Time | Onsite🛂 Work Authorization : USC / GC / H1B🗓️ Experience : 2–5 Years
🔹 What You'll Do:• Analyze business processes and gather requirements• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EBS R12• Collaborate with senior consultants on system enhancements and support• Maintain functional documents, SOPs, and configuration records• Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements• Assist with audit, compliance documentation, and end-user support
🔹 What You Bring:• Foundational knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and processes• Exposure to Finance (AR) or SCM modules• Familiarity with RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)• Understanding of SDLC and business analysis concepts• Basic knowledge of Oracle concurrent programs and data flow• SQL knowledge for data validation is a plus• Strong communication and collaboration skills
