We follow the Child Safe Standards and uphold strong child protection practices, fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and wellbeing for all children.To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following EQUIVELANT requirements:- BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies (ACECQA Approved) or BA in Early Years: Teaching and Learning (ACECQAApproved) or Postgraduate Certificate in Early Years Teaching Birth to 5 (ACECQA Approved)- Exceptional verbal and written English skills- Ability to work in a team environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service skills- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education- Ability to develop and implement engaging educational programs- Knowledge of child development and learning theories- A demonstrated passion or experience in art, music, and/or dance within early childhood setting
