Then Reed Architectural Group might be the place for you. We’re a small Venice-based firm focused on smart design, creative challenges, and seeing our work come to life. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented full-time team member, ready to learn the full architectural process and grow professionally all while in a family-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents in Revit
• Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and city agencies
• Support all project phases, including SD, DD, CD, permitting, and CA
• Assist with code research and California code compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience (multi-family/mixed-use a plus)
• Revit proficiency required; AutoCAD preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with California building codes
• Licensure in progress (a plus)

• Competitive salary: $75k–$100k, based on experience

Eligibility

• Full-time, in-office position
• Able to commute to Venice, CA
