About the Role We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead technology hiring across three of our most active European markets: the UK & the Netherlands. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, product, and data roles while navigating very different legal frameworks — UK Skilled Worker sponsorship & Dutch Highly Skilled Migrant rules programme
. What You'll D o
You'll partner with engineering and product leaders to build hiring strategies for each market — recognising that what works in Amsterdam doesn't work in London, and that London's senior engineer market behaves nothing like Porto's. Day to day, you'll source through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and country-specific communities (Tech Nation alumni networks in the UK, Silicon Canals and Techleap in the Netherlands, Landing.jobs

This role lives or dies on communication and cultural fluency. You'll need to hold a conversation with a staff engineer about system design tradeoffs in the morning, walk a Brazilian candidate through Portuguese tax residency over lunch, and negotiate a London offer with someone whose spouse is doing the maths on the 30% ruling by afternoon.
