Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Self-employed Private Dentist to join our team. This role is available for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase up to 5 days, depending on the candidate's availability and preferences.As a self-employed Private Dentist with us, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent patient care and a commitment to continued professional development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive dental care for private patients, ensuring a high standard of treatment and patient satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine check-ups, diagnostics and treatment planning.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions and more.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, offering clear explanations of treatment options and aftercare.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with practice policies and legal requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental support team to ensure smooth patient care and a positive experience.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a private dental practice setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A special interest in Implants, Restorative Dentistry, or Endodontics would be a significant advantage, but we are open to candidates with varying specialisations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner with patients.
  • A strong commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends.
  • A caring and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on patient comfort.

Required Qualifications:GDC registration.Relevant dental qualifications.Insurance or indemnity cover.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
