Simplicity KiwiSaver is a New Zealand non-profit investment manager that offers low-fee KiwiSaver and managed funds focused on simple, index-based investing with some returns reinvested into community housing and charitable initiatives.A Senior Investment Operations Associate is an experienced investment operations professional who oversees complex operational activities, mentors junior team members, and ensures the accurate and timely execution of investment transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Senior Investment Operations Associate Job Description Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end processing and settlement of investment transactions across multiple asset classes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of cash, securities, and investment portfolios.
• Monitor and resolve complex trade breaks, settlement issues, and operational exceptions.
• Review and approve operational reports, reconciliations, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage corporate actions, income events, and portfolio accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and reduce operational risk.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and internal control reviews.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior Investment Operations Associates.
• Participate in system implementations, process improvements, and operational projects.

Pay: $7,500.00 – $9,200.00 per monthBenefits:
