The 2026 vision: build a modern CX platform where entire contact centres are powered by AI workers acting as frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers — continuously executing, monitoring, and improving customer interactions.
THE ROLEAs a Founding GTM Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue. You'll build and own the systems that power the go-to-market motion — from lead flow and enrichment to routing, automation, and reporting. You'll partner closely with sales, growth, and product to design scalable workflows that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
This is a hands-on, builder-first role. You won't just configure tools — you'll write code, ship integrations, and create the infrastructure that makes the GTM engine faster, smarter, and more reliable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design GTM Workflows — Build end-to-end workflows across lead capture, enrichment, routing, and outreach.
• Ship Integrations — Write code (Python, SQL, JavaScript) to connect internal systems and external tools.
• Own the GTM Stack — Optimise tools like Clay, Salesforce, enrichment APIs (Apollo, Clearbit), and automation layers (n8n, Gumloop, Zapier).
• Ensure Data Quality — Maintain consistency across the funnel from top-of-funnel acquisition through closed-won.
• Build Internal Tools — Create scripts, dashboards, and tooling that improve sales team efficiency and visibility.
• Iterate and Ship — Continuously test and ship improvements that measurably impact pipeline generation and conversion.

YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU

• Have 3+ years in a GTM Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical RevOps role.
• Write production-grade code in Python, SQL, or JavaScript with real integrations or automation systems built.
• Have deep understanding of the modern GTM stack and how tools connect across the funnel.
• Are a systems thinker who understands why data matters and how it influences sales outcomes.
• Have a track record of shipping workflows, tools, or systems that materially changed how a sales team operates.
• Enjoy owning ambiguous problems and turning them into scalable, automated solutions.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase Salary: $190,000–$260,000 + Significant equity (3 cash-equity balance options) Offer Philosophy: Best offer upfront. Performance-based, not experience-based. Pay Percentile: Top 5th percentile—above-market pay for top 1% talent.
