Kitchen Crew

Soki Sushi Train was officially opened in 2022 and soon became a popular eating spot for both local residents and tourists. We’re the first and only sushi train restaurant in Otago region in New Zealand. We are looking for a full-time Kitchen Crew to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests. Ideally you should have previous working experience in making sushi but if not, we are happy to train you. What we want from you: • Japanese-speaking is a plus • Commitment to working with us for at least 6 months • Eager to learn • Ability to work both fast and accurately • Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings • Flexibility to take on various shifts Visa sponsorship options available.
