The role ensures patients receive high-quality care while supporting nursing staff and healthcare operations. Typical duties include:Coordinating patient care and clinical services.Supervising and supporting nursing staff.Managing patient admissions, discharges, and care pathways.Ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.Collaborating with doctors, allied health professionals, and management teams.Providing clinical leadership and mentoring to nurses.Monitoring patient outcomes and implementing quality-improvement initiatives.Managing staffing allocation and workflow within the unit or department.Pay: $7,900.00 – $9,000.00 per monthBenefits:
