Receptionist to join our team at
Mayclinik UK Surgical Center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clinic, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth and efficient daily office operations.
Responsibilities:- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming patients and visitors and maintaining a well-organised reception area
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with scheduling patient appointments and internal meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Using computerised systems for email communication and document preparation
Requirements:- Proficiency in office software such as Google Suite (experience with QuickBooks is an advantage)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
- Good typing skills and attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Ability to speak Turkish is a strong advantage (preferred)
