Job Description OVERVIEW We are hiring a Production Control Manager for an oil refining plant at a food manufacturing company based in Singapore.The company operates in business areas including vegetable oils, industrial chocolate, emulsified and fermented ingredients, and soy-based processed materials. In this role, you will play a key position within the production site, driving operational optimization and ensuring stable plant operations. POSITION Production Control Manager JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee production control operations at a 24-hour operating oil refining plant
• Support the Production Control Manager (Head of Production Control)
• Develop and manage production plans and monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and promote continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the plant

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to undergo approximately 6 months of training in Japan
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role in the food or cosmetics industry
• Business-level English proficiency (required for internal communication)

OTHER INFORMATIONS

• Visa sponsorship available (local hire)
• Monthly salary: SGD 7,000 - 10,000
