Investment Operations AnalystWellington | Full-Time Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day processing and reconciliation of our investment portfolios. You will work closely with the wider investment and finance teams to ensure trades, valuations, and client records are accurate and processed on time. This role suits someone with a foundational background in finance, accounting, or operations who is looking to build a career in the investment or funds management industry. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and reconcile daily trade settlements, transactions, and portfolio valuationsMaintain accurate records of holdings, cash flows, and client account detailsAssist with month-end and quarter-end reporting for internal and client-facing purposesInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records and custodian or fund manager dataSupport compliance checks and ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirementsLiaise with custodians, fund managers, and other external parties to resolve queriesAssist senior analysts with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and system testing Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field1 to 2 years of experience in investment operations, banking, or financial services (graduates with relevant internships will also be considered)Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reconciliationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to portfolio management or custodial systems is a plusGood written and verbal communication skillsPay: From $5,750.00 per monthBenefits:
