Shopfitter

About Us:XCircle is expanding its Wangara manufacturing operations to deliver modular critical infrastructure and dataroom solutions. We are seeking an experienced Shopfitter to join our fabrication and installation team on a full-time basis. The RoleAs a Shopfitter, you will fabricate, assemble, and install high-quality modular datarooms and shopfitting components. You will work across both workshop fabrication and on-site installation, producing precision fitouts to exact specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Set out, fabricate, assemble and install wall panels, roofing, cabinets and fitout components according to drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and production orders
• Measure accurately on-site and prepare materials using hand tools, power tools and machinery
• Assemble components in the workshop and carry out precise on-site installation
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
• Maintain tools and equipment and troubleshoot issues during fabrication or installation
• Work safely and collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Shopfitter, Joiner, Cabinetmaker or in commercial fitouts
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with fabrication, assembly and on-site installation using wood, metal and composite materials
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery
• Good mathematical and measurement skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
