Trainee Construction Site Supervisor — Casual (Entry Level, Training Provided) Location: Glenfield, Ingleburn, Minto & surrounds Job Type: Casual (with a pathway to full-time permanent) This is a genuine entry-level role for someone who wants to build a career in residential construction management. You don't need prior supervisor experience — you need the right attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. We will provide hands-on residential construction project management training on the job. Start casual, prove yourself, and for the right person this role can grow into a full-time permanent position over time. What You'll Be Doing (with training and support)

• Assisting with day-to-day supervision of residential building sites
• Coordinating with tradespeople and subcontractors
• Helping monitor site safety, quality, and progress
• Basic site documentation, photos, and reporting
• Keeping sites organised, clean, and compliant

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of tasks
• Own reliable car and current driver's licence (essential — you'll travel between local sites)
• Lives locally (Glenfield / Ingleburn / Minto / surrounding suburbs preferred)
• Any construction, trade, or site experience is not required. Training will be provided.
