Your Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via chat, phone, and email, aiming for first-contact resolution
Manage customer cases end-to-end, including complex issues
Support fraud investigations, disputes (chargebacks), and complaints
Identify and assist vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
Adapt to changing processes, tools, and customer needs
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement


What We Are Looking For

C1/C2 level of English (mandatory)
Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland or for Irish market (mandatory).
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
Flexible, resilient, and detail-oriented


Working Conditions

Work in Office in Lisbon, Portugal
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation)
Portuguese employment contract
22 days of paid annual leave + public holidays
