Human Resources & Health and Safety Consulting

We welcome applications from graduates and undergraduate students interested in graduate roles or part-time trainee opportunities alongside their studies.

As a Graduate within our Human Resources & Health and Safety Consulting team, you will work closely with senior consultants and managers to support the delivery of HR and H&S services to clients.

You'll contribute to a broad range of activities including supporting recruitment projects, drafting professional HR and H&S documentation, assisting with workshops and presentations, and providing research and administrative support to the team.

You will also begin developing your capability in providing practical, up-to-date HR and health and safety advice, supporting clients to build compliant, effective and sustainable workplace practices.

What You Bring to the Role

You are someone who:
  • Is a final year student or recent graduate, or an undergraduate interested in exploring part-time opportunities alongside your studies
  • May be studying Human Resources, Health & Safety, Health Sciences (Occupational Health & Safety), Psychology, Law, Business or a related discipline, and are interested in building a career in people and workplace advisory
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality written work
  • Enjoys analysing information, researching solutions and applying critical thinking to unfamiliar topics
  • Is curious, adaptable and open to learning, including how technology and AI are shaping the future of work
  • Enjoys working with people, building relationships and contributing as part of a team
  • Is motivated to learn, grow and deliver high-quality work

Desirable (but not essential):
  • An interest in workplace relations, employee experience, or health and safety systems and risk management
  • Exposure to HR, customer service or a client-facing environment
