• Manage daily kitchen operations, prep and food cost control
• Lead and train a small team (3–4 people)
• Maintain consistency and efficiency during busy service
• Design and improve seasonal menus
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with management to refine kitchen systems

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years’ experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Western cuisine (Italian, Mediterranean, Modern Australian or European-style menus)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to lead a small team in a busy but positive environment
• Confidence with cost control and supplier management
• Calm, reliable and growth-focused mindset
• Valid Australian work rights (visa sponsorship available)
