Inventory Control Clerk

Company: Blitz Indo Utama TradingJob Type: Full-time Position OverviewBlitz Indo Utama Trading is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Inventory Control Clerk to manage our stock levels and audit warehouse data. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring our supply chain records perfectly match our physical stock. Key Responsibilities

• Stock Auditing & Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to verify system accuracy against actual stock.
• Data Management: Input, update, and track stock movements, receipts, and dispatches in our inventory management system.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Research, identify, and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records, reporting major variances to management.
• Receiving Support: Reconcile incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure all items are accounted for and correctly logged.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an inventory clerk, stock control, or warehousing administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (sorting, basic formulas, data entry) and familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a high level of integrity.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in a warehouse environment, which may include standing, bending, and occasional light lifting during audits.
• Eligibility: Valid local working rights.
