Hospitality Ambassador

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for hospitality will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organised seating chart to optimise table turnover.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
• Assist with guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering queries as needed.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellent guest services.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
• A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
