The Opportunity You will focus on permanent recruitment within Public Practice accounting, covering Melbourne or Sydney markets depending on your experience and network. Approximately 80% of the role is candidate-led, including: Headhunting and sourcing high-quality accounting professionals Building long-term candidate relationships and referral networks Managing recruitment processes end-to-end Floating candidates into existing and new client relationships Developing opportunities in suburban markets with strong hiring demand The business operates nationally, with consultants in Melbourne recruiting across multiple states, offering strong desk scalability.
